Important Pre-Screen Appointment Information
Please book your appointment only if you are 100% certain you can attend. As a mobile clinic, we are only on-site for specific dates, and appointments cannot be rescheduled or modified.

If you can no longer attend, please cancel your appointment by emailing us at smiles@tmomvolunteer.org so we can offer the spot to someone else.

Before You Book:
Check your work and personal schedule—we receive many cancellations due to work conflicts.

Children are welcome, though we recommend attending alone if possible.

We do not require ID, insurance, or any personal/medical documentation. We serve both insured and uninsured patients.

If you take medication regularly, continue taking it on the day of your pre-screen and treatment. Skipping medication may cause harm. Additionally, please bring a list of your current medications.

If You Miss Your Appointment:
You will no longer receive priority status on treatment day.

You must attend as a walk-up, and your care will depend on our available capacity that day.

Walk-ups are seen on a first-come, first-served basis, and treatment is not guaranteed.

If No Appointments Are Available:
If booking is closed or full, you may still attend as a walk-up patient on treatment day. Walk-up care is based on capacity and availability.
